State Abandons Health Connector Fix

State officials cried uncle this week and abandoned their multi-million dollar efforts to build a health insurance marketplace website. Their work has been beset by a series of frustrating delays and technical problems.

State officials will meet later this week to consider several replacement options. But the failure of the site creates yet more uncertainty about coverage options for thousands of people.
