Meshell Ndegeocello Taps Into Lush Vocals And Rich Lyrics

She is Meshell Ndegeocello, a music industry veteran well-known for her collaborations and her covers. She's been making music for three decades, partnering with huge-name artists including Madonna, Herbie Hancock and Alanis Morissette. Now she has a new solo album titled "Comet, Come To Me" that features lush vocals, rich lyrics and her signature bass.
Ndegeocello will be performing at The Sinclair in Cambridge on Saturday, June 7, and she spoke earlier this week with WBUR's Sacha Pfeiffer.
