The Boston Globe is reporting Mayor Marty Walsh has made a deal with the developer of the proposed Suffolk Downs casino in Revere, which denies residents of East Boston the chance to vote on a proposal. The news is just the latest twist in the ongoing battle over casino gambling in the city.
