A new WBUR poll out Tuesday, just one week before election day, suggests that the contest remains very close and very unsettled.

It finds Republican Charlie Baker ahead of Democrat Martha Coakley by just one point — 43 to 42 percent.

But buried inside the latest numbers are some telling details about the state of the race.
