Royals, Giants To Face Off In World Series Game Seven

Wednesday night, it all comes down to one game in Kansas City. It's game 7 of the World Series between the Kansas City Royals and the San Francisco Giants — who are tied three games apiece.

The Royals spanked and embarrassed the Giants Tuesday in a lop-sided 10-0 win that was effectively over by the 2nd inning.

  • "Jake Peavy could have written a nice story for himself and the San Francisco Giants. He could have helped two teams to World Series championships after he’d been traded to them at the deadline in back-to-back years (2013 Red Sox). While he still could be a part of it, Peavy had the chance to personally control that in Game 6 Tuesday night. But destiny hit him hard."
