A new Congressman, Seth Moulton, will join the all-Democratic Congressional delegation — and head to Washington to contend with a Republican majority in Congress.

And no matter how many times she says she has no plans to run for President, Sen. Elizabeth Warren will continue to answer the question, will she or won't she?
