Nearly two years ago, Watertown became engulfed in a firefight. For four minutes, officers exchanged gunfire with Tamerlan Tsarnaev. After it was over, Tamerlan was dead, his brother, Dzhokhar, was missing and MBTA police officer Richard Donahue was gravely injured.
