Gov. Charlie Baker spoke earlier Monday afternoon about the state of the winter storm. He says the heaviest accumulations will take place south of the city. Cleanup of the roads was aided by the fact that many working people stayed off the streets, allowing crews to do snow-clearing throughout the day.
