The Seaport District in Boston is in the midst of a construction boom, with a new neighborhood appearing to rise out of harbor. In fact, that's literally what's happening, and it explains a startling discovery that construction crews have made about a quarter of a mile from the Harbor: a 19th Century shipwreck.
