Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren campaigned with Hillary Clinton in Cincinnati, Ohio Monday in their first joint appearance on the campaign trail. Warren praised Clinton as a fighter — while slamming the presumptive Republican nominee, Donald Trump.

"Hillary Clinton will be the next president of the United States because she knows what it takes to beat a thin-skinned bully who is driven by greed and hate," Warren told the crowd. "She knows, you beat a bully not by tucking tail and running but by standing your ground and fighting back."

The rally comes amid speculation that Warren is on the shortlist to be Clinton's running mate.
