We're talking taxes, specifically, a soda tax. Several cities and metropolitan areas have already passed a tax on soda — proponents say studies show that the tax deters people from buying the sugary beverages, while opponent say it's a regressive tax on low income people.

Will Massachusetts follow efforts from Philadelphia, Oakland and San Francisco in the next legislative session?
