Federal Jury Gives Gary Lee Sampson The Death Penalty

After 16 hours of deliberations, a federal jury has sentenced convicted killer Gary Lee Sampson to death. This is Sampson's second death penalty. He is the second person in less than two years to be sentenced to death in federal court in Massachusetts.
