The struggle to diversify Boston's highest rankings is known well by Carol Fulp.

Fulp is the president and CEO of The Partnership, an organization now celebrating its 30th year of bringing together executives and professionals of color for leadership development.

Former in 1987, the group started as a way to advance African Americans in corporate Boston but has expanded to all multicultural professionals at all levels.
