The Boston Celtics face the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight in a game that may determine who will take the lead as the top seed in the Eastern Conference heading into the final week of the regular season.

Point guard Isaiah Thomas played down the hype around tonight's game at the TD Garden.

"It's just another game," said Thomas. "I think we've got to treat it like that. I mean being No. 1 in the standings, you don't feel different. I don't at least. I'm treating it like another game."
