We'll begin today with the case of Vanessa Marcotte, the 27-year old jogger who was attacked and killed while jogging on a rural road in Princeton eight months ago. Marcotte had been visiting her family from New York City and was found less than a half-mile from her mother's house.

Over the weekend, law enforcement authorities announced an arrest in connection with her death and today, Angelo Colon-Ortiz pleaded not guilty to assault and rape charges. Bail was set at $10 million.
