Mass. Lawmakers Weigh Issues Surrounding Driverless Cars

Boston is in the pilot stage of testing autonomous vehicles. Lawmakers are now looking at how to regulate them and the industry. While some say new legislation is needed for safety and security, critics say too many regulations could have a chilling effect.
