Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is the oldest member on the Supreme Court, and for those worried about a Trump replacement, her health is a matter of great concern.

But Ginsburg is far from weak. In fact, she is actually getting stronger with age. The Supreme Court justice stays in shape by committing to a twice-weekly workout plan, which she started in 1999 with Bryant Johnson, her personal trainer. Now, Johnson shows off the workout, in his new book "The RBG Workout: How She Stays Strong ... And You Can Too!"
