The last couple of months, it's felt like we're hearing about a constant onslaught of stories from women about sexual harassment, assault and rape.

From accounts against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, to journalists like former NPR executive Mike Oreskes, to politicians on both sides of the aisle — from Minnesota Sen. Al Franken to Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore — it seems like a never-ending blitz.

Which makes you wonder: Is this a moment in which everything is finally gonna change? Is this a pivotal moment for sexual culture in America?

Jaclyn Friedman will be speaking about the book at the Cambridge Public Library Monday night, presented by Harvard Book Store and co-sponsored by Mass NOW and Our Bodies, Ourselves.

Guest

Jaclyn Friedman, Boston-based author and host of a podcast about sexual equality called "Unscrewed." Her latest book is "Unscrewed: Women, Sex, Power, and How to Stop Letting the System Screw Us All." She tweets @jaclynf.

This segment aired on November 20, 2017.
