Last week the Boston Herald announced that the newspaper's media company will be sold to GateHouse Media after filing for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

GateHouse Media, based out of New York, owns more than 100 publications in Massachusetts, most of which are located in the eastern part of the state. So what does the sale of the Herald mean for the future of journalism in Boston?
