Congressman Bill Keating tells us what legislation he would support after the Florida school shooting, and what the FBI has and hasn't learned after the Boston Marathon bombing.

"There are bipartisan pieces of legislation that are there have been sitting there that would get the support of the majority but we don't know because they're not allowed to be put on the floor for a vote," says Keating.
