President Trump appears to be retreating from comments he made Wednesday, when he seemed open to gun safety proposals such as restricting gun sales to those under 21, seizing guns from those with mental illness and stronger background checks. We look at the latest in the gun debate and the local school walkouts. We also discuss the state police trooper who was already on leave and is facing further scrutiny after a Boston Globe investigation revealed his history of racist and violent language online.
