Federal Prosecutors Could Drop Case Against Walsh Aides07:36
PlayFederal prosecutors this week said that they may have to dismiss the case against two aides to Boston Mayor Marty Walsh.
The prosecutors say if the judge in the case does not re-consider his proposed jury instructions, the case will be on a "collision course with dismissal."
