The NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament has been a wild ride with upsets in the first round -- the most historic upset being when the number 16 UMBC Retrievers ousted the number one seed University of Virginia's Cavaliers.

Even former FBI director James Comey had Virginia going all the way. But, though it was close for the first half, with the teams tied at 21 coming into the second half, the Retrievers fetched the win by 20 points.

In local hockey, the Boston Bruins welcomed their newest player, while Waltham will celebrate its girls and boys hockey teams this weekend.
