House Wants To Increase Funds For Local Aid, MBTA In $41 Billion Budget

Lawmakers on Beacon Hill have began the long state budgeting process. The House's proposed $41 billion budget would increase local aid, provide new funding for programs under the recently passed criminal justice bill, and put more money into parks, mental health programs, education and the MBTA.
