The Mass. Republican Assembly President On Why She Voted For Lively
ResumeIn a surprising result at last weekend's Republican convention, gubernatorial candidate Scott Lively received nearly 28 percent of the vote. The final tally put Lively well over the 15 percent threshold, which is required to qualify for the September primary ballot. Incumbent Republican Gov. Charlie Baker responded to the vote, saying that a lot of what Lively says and believes "doesn't belong in public discourse."
