Darrell Jones spent 32 years of a life sentence in Massachusetts prisons for the 1985 murder of Guillermo Rodriguez. From the time he was convicted at age 18, Jones has always maintained he did not commit the crime.

In 2017, his conviction was overturned after a judge ruled he didn't receive a fair trial. But in April, a judge allowed prosecutors to pursue a new trial.

That retrial concluded last week, and the jury found him not guilty. Now, at the age of 52, Darrell Jones is finally a free man.
