Three Massachusetts vaping retailers have now filed a federal lawsuit challenging the state's four-month ban on the sale of vaping products, which was enacted last Tuesday.

The businesses claim the unilateral ban on sales of vaping products is an overreach, and will cause irreparable harm to a number of small businesses in the state.
