The Massachusetts Public Health Council voted today to rescind Gov. Charlie Baker's emergency ban on vaping sales, and to approve a number of regulations on vaping in the state. We talk to WBUR's Angus Chen and Zeninjor Enwemeka about what this means and how vaping business are reacting.
