Local Advocates Call For BPS To Stop Sharing Student Data With Federal Immigration Officials

WBUR's Shannon Dooling joins Radio Boston to discuss a lawsuit by the nonprofit Lawyers for Civil Rights group for Boston Public Schools' records detailing how the district shares student information with federal immigration officials.

Documents obtained by LCR show the school district has made more than 100 reports containing students' personal data available to federal immigration officials since 2014.
