As Rob Anderson, co-owner and chef at Provincetown's The Canteen, put it in The Atlantic magazine: "I run a restaurant in a seaside town. I’m not an epidemiologist... But I’m forced to make what could be life-and-death decisions—with little official support." He joins us.
