Gov. Baker Introduces Police Reform Bill

Gov. Charlie Baker unveiled a new police reform bill on Wednesday, in response to ongoing protests calling for a wide range of changes. We look at some of the major components of the bill with Dic Donohue, policy researcher at the RAND Corporation, and Brock Satter, co-founder of Mass Action Against Police Brutality.
