We also debrief what is likely Mayor Marty Walsh's final State of the City address, and check in on the race to replace him happening in City Council and beyond.

We also recap a historic second presidential impeachment, sparked by last week's violent insurrection at the Capitol, and look ahead to the Joe Biden's inauguration.
