Former Boston Police Patrolman's Association President Patrick Rose is facing 33 counts of sexual abuse of six children, from age 7 to 16. But new records, uncovered by the Boston Globe, show department leadership was aware of allegations of child abuse against Rose as early as 1995.

Yet he kept his job, was allowed to work with vulnerable children, and rose to power in the union. We're joined by the investigative reporter at the Boston Globe who broke the story, Andrew Ryan, and Boston City Councilor Ricardo Arroyo.

This segment aired on April 12, 2021.
