Here is the Radio Boston rundown for April 13. Tiziana Dearing is our host.

  • A new WBUR poll shows that Acting Mayor Kim Janey and Boston City Councilor Michelle Wu are at the top in the city's mayoral race thus far. And it shows that COVID-19 is top of mind for Boston residents. The poll was conducted by MassINC Polling Group, the Dorchester Reporter and the Boston Foundation. We speak with Bill Forry, the editor and publisher of the Dorchester Reporter.
  • Boston sure does love talking about the Gardner Heist. This month, Netflix launched a new four-part docu-series called "This Is A Robbery: The World's Biggest Art Heist." We speak with the filmmakers (and Boston brothers) Nick and Colin Barnicle.
  • As Boston moves forward with the new Office of Police Accountability and Transparency, while the department is enveloped in yet another major scandal, where are we on police reform in Massachusetts? We take listener calls with Rahsaan Hall, the Director of the Racial Justice Program for the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts, and Daniel Linskey, former Superintendent-in-Chief of the Boston Police Department.

This program aired on April 14, 2021.
