We check in with Congressman Stephen Lynch in Washington, where a decision by the Department of Justice on the convicted Boston Marathon bomber is reverberating back home.

Remember that last year the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit here in Boston vacated Jahar Tsarnaev's death sentence. This week, the Biden administration sided with their predecessors in urging the Supreme Court to reverse decision, effectively re-instating the death penalty.

This segment aired on June 17, 2021.
