Businesses across the state are weighing the pros and cons of requiring their employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

However, some businesses are taking that a step further by requiring patrons to be vaccinated, too.

First, WBUR State House reporter Steve Brown joins us to talk about the potential for statewide vaccine mandates.

Later, we take listener calls with Lou Woolf, CEO of Hebrew SeniorLife, a senior healthcare organization requiring all employees to be vaccinated, and Matt Smith, managing director of Cambridge's Club Passim, who will require all employees, performers, and patrons to be vaccinated starting tomorrow.

This segment aired on August 5, 2021.
