Lawsuit claims COVID tracing app used by Mass. DPH violated users' privacy rights

A Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit law firm, New Civil Liberties Alliance, filed a lawsuit against the Massachusetts Department of Public Health that claims the department's use of a COVID-19 contact tracing app for cell phones violated users' privacy rights.
