A new sheriff wants to close an aging Bristol County jail

We talk with Sheriff Paul Heroux about his plans to overhaul the corrections system in Bristol County. Heroux is inheriting a 135-year-old jail where criminal justice advocates say poor conditions and substandard mental health services are driving a string of inmate deaths by suicide.
