For some neighborhood advocates, Roxbury is a model of what all of Boston could — and should-- look like if the city gets serious about tackling its housing crisis.

But critics say the city is asking one neighborhood to solve the affordable housing problem for everyone.

We talk with Boston Globe real estate reporter Catherine Carlock, as well as John Barros, who's managing principal for the Boston office of Cushman and Wakefield.

This segment aired on April 4, 2023.
