New report says Black communities are growing, but not in Boston

According to a new report from Boston Indicators, the research arm of the Boston Foundation, Greater Boston's Black population is growing, but that growth is outside of the city. We dive into the report with WBUR's Zeninjor Enwemeka and co-author James Jennings, professor emeritus of urban and environmental policy and planning at Tufts University.
