Gnocchi face off: Chef Gatto puts his gnocchi up against Tiziana Dearing's family recipe

Chef Joe Gatto joins us in studio to make gnocchi from scratch. He'll put his dish up against Tiziana Dearing's secret family recipe.

Chef Joe Gatto will join us next month to make sushi. If you want to follow along at home, here are the ingredients you'll need:

  • Three cups of cooked sushi rice, seasoned with one tablespoon of rice wine vinegar and a sprinkle of sugar.
  • Then, the fun part: you can add whatever fillings you want. Chef Gatto recommends sushi staples like thinly sliced vegetables like carrot, peppers and asparagus, avocado, raw tuna or imitation crab.
  • Lastly, you'll need a nori and sushi mat wrapped in plastic wrap with a side bowl of water.
