Talking about food, the pandemic, and the future with two local James Beard finalists
PlayIt's an interesting time in the Greater Boston restaurant industry. Increasingly known for its food, and also publicly struggling with concerns over its culture. In the midst of it all, the James Beard foundation celebrates the best chefs in the kitchen, and this year, three area chefs are finalists. We chat with two of the finalists: Chef Valentine Howell of Krasi in Boston, and Rachel Miller of Nightshade Noodle Bar in Lynn.
