Lawsuit alleges city, state institutions failed to stop former BPD officer from abusing children

Victims of a former Boston police officer who sexually abused children say city and state leadership failed them.

They're suing more than a dozen individuals and institutions, alleging they were part of a cover-up that allowed former officer Patrick Rose to exploit kids for decades.
