In the midst of the hottest months on record, data suggests neighborhoods like Dorchester and Roxbury are most adversely affected by temperature spikes due to racial inequality. We talk with two journalists who have studied heat disparities in those neighborhoods, along with Bianca Navarro Bowman of the Chelsea-based climate advocacy group GreenRoots.
