Who's Afraid of Frankenfood? (Rebroadcast)

On this week's show, Sir Hans Kornberg, professor of biology and director of the University Professors Program at Boston University, delivered a lecture titled "Who's Afraid of Frankenfood?"

Sir Kornberg is actively engaged in research, and his main aim is to understand the molecular basis of cellular membrane transport, and how this is integrated into the metabolism of the cell.

Professor Kornberg delievered the lecture as part of the 2003-2004 "The University Professors Seminar." This annual year-long seminar meets every Friday throughout the academic year to consider papers presented by Boston University professors.
