Our lecture this week is presented by the Boston University College of Arts and Sciences African American Studies Program.  Speaking is Mark Auslander, Director of the Masters Program in Cultural Production and Professor of Anthropology at Brandeis University.  Professor Auslander’s lecture is titled “Welcome Back to Life: Regeneration and Traumatic Memory in a Multiracial Lynching Reenactment.”

Our speaker is introduced by Professor Linda Heywood, Director of the African American studies program.
