Our lecture this week is presented by the Boston University Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies, and the Center for the Study of Europe.  Our speaker is Marius Busemeyer, Professor of Political Science at the University of Konstanz, Germany.  Professor Busemeyer’s lecture is titled “A Loud, but Noisy Signal: The Role of Public Opinion in Education Policy Making.”
