Our lecture this week is titled “German Political Culture: Changes and New Challenges.”  Our speaker is Karsten Voigt, Senior Associate Fellow and member of the Presidium of the German Council on Foreign Policy.  This lecture was presented by the Boston University Pardee School of Global Studies, and the Center for the Study of Europe.
