Alex Rigopulos is out to change the way we interact with music — and he’s tapping music’s biggest franchise. His company, Harmonix Music Systems, of Cambridge, releases “The Beatles: Rock Band” Wednesday for the three major video-game consoles. We spoke with Rigopulos in WBUR’s Studio 4 about his work with the surviving Beatles.
