Tanguay: 'The Celtics Gave It Away'

The Boston Celtics will not be hoisting an 18th championship banner in the Garden after all.

They lost, 83-79, to the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA finals Thursday night. That means the Lakers are now one title away from the Celtics' 17-banner record.

Gary Tanguay covers basketball for Comcast SportsNet. He spoke to WBUR from LA about Thursday's game and what could lie ahead for the men in green.
